Festive Shrimp Salad with Tangy Sour Cream Dressing

1   pound cooked shrimp and chopped if large pieces
1   cup chopped celery
2   fresh tomatoes, medium size, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2   T chopped pimientos
1   T chopped green onion
1/2 t salt
1/8 t white pepper
Avocado Wedges

Assemble ingredients and utensils. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except avocado wedges. Mix with the Sour Cream Dressing. Garnish with avocado wedges. Yield: 6 servings

Tangy Sour Cream Dressing

1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup catsup
1 T soy sauce
1 T grated onion
1 T lemon juice
1 t horseradish
1 t salt
1/2 t dry mustard

In a small bowl, blend all ingredients. Add to shrimp mixture.

Crunchy Cheese Biscuits

1/2 cup butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 t salt
1 cup crispy rice cereal

In a medium bowl. blend butter and flour. Add cheese and salt. Mix well. Add rice cereal. make into balls and bake in a 350-degree oven for about 10 minutes.
