I have been traveling to the Florida Panhandle for nearly four decades and while I have always had favorite resorts and locations where we stay, I have had the luxury of sampling, so to speak, many of the different options while enjoying this little slice of beach heaven we call the Gulf Coast. In recent years, my family had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful seaside condo at the Adagio on 30A.
At a slow tempo – the definition of the word “adagio,” is spot on when it comes to this luxurious property nestled conveniently near both Rosemary Beach and Seaside. When we walked out the patio door from our condo, we were greeted with the ocean. Right there. The slightly elevated view was breathtaking and we were within steps of white sand and that gorgeous water. Oh, and then there was the other water right before our eyes – the oceanside infinity pool that was literally outside our door. We felt like we had our own pool in our very own backyard oasis.
We must have timed it exactly right, because the slow tempo of our week at Adagio was impossible to miss and not often replicated at any other rental property location we have stayed in. I couldn’t believe we had not found this place sooner. So very peaceful and tucked away off bustling 30A, you could almost forget you had a vast array of dining, shopping and recreational opportunities within walking distance. Laying by the pool, it was virtually silent and the beach was hardly occupied. It was blissful. Granted we were there during off season and clearly the parking lot was full, but it just had a veil of peacefulness wrapped around it.
Our condo was incredible. Most of the units here are made for family or group stays as they have three to four bedrooms and some have extra bunk areas, so kids are welcome! All the amenities you could want are here, including, in addition to the ocean front pool, a larger resort style, family-friendly pool, workout facilities and onsite grills. Again, it is within walking or biking distance to restaurants and shops, accessible to the nearby airport in Panama City as well as the multiple roadways that lead from middle Tennessee straight to this heaven on the Gulf.
Another great thing about the Adagio is that our rental was managed by Southern Rentals & Real Estate and they have an onsite office at the Adagio community, a nifty smartphone app to help you with everything from check in, to restaurant ideas and beach rentals – any and all needs you may have will be met. If you are ready to enjoy a vacation “at a slow tempo,” contact Southern Rentals today and book your next stay at Adagio or any of their other amazing rentals on the Gulf Coast. Who knows, we may run in to you. . .
If you are looking to rent at the beautiful Adagio community or anywhere along scenic 30A, our choice for accommodations is Southern Rentals & Real Estate.
