It might be a new year, but the market is still raging on. Have you taken a close look at the market statistics in Williamson County? Just a reminder, here at WCAR, our market statistics are timestamped down to the minute, giving you the most accurate picture of what is transpiring in the market over time. Head over to the WCAR website under “News” to view the market statistics every month.

Our January statistics are in and what we are seeing is quite consistent with the trends we have been seeing over the past year. The median sales price in Williamson County for January 2022 was $765,000. This is 24% higher compared to January 2021. As one of the most desirable places to live and work in the United States, it is no shock that people are moving by the droves to come enjoy life as a Williamson County resident. The days on the market for January 2022 were 13 days compared to 25 in January 2021. What does this mean? Homes are flying off the market in Williamson County. Looking on to the rest of 2022, it doesn’t look like this is slowing down.

Either way, we will keep you informed on how things are shaking out as the year goes on, so follow us on social media
