The "Rite of Spring" 🏆

Steeplechase is here in Middle Tennessee! Ladies, grab your fascinators while the gentlemen grab their seersucker. Saturday, May 9th, is the 85th Anniversary of the Iroquois Steeplechase, a world-class horse race benefiting Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and other local community non-profits.

Back in 1977, Dwight Hall took home the trophy and has served as the race chair since 2008.

This past weekend, the @downtownfranklinrotaryclub hosted a successful Jockeys & Juleps. There were hats, horses and high hopes while watching the livestream of the 152nd Kentucky Derby.

After Golden Tempo took home the trophy, YOUR Williamson and YOUR Community Media announced the winners of the Dapper at the Derby Contest: a best-dressed man, woman and couple - plus an honorary mention in red, white and blue.

Before Alex Hostetler ever stood on a roof, he was standing inside their gutted fixer-upper in Houston with no drywall, no flooring and no one to call for help.

More than a Showhouse 💐

In October of 2025, Margot Shaw, founder and editor-in-chief of @flowermagazine, held the publication’s fifth showhouse project in Nashville. This home showcased twenty-three designers throughout twenty-three rooms. From walls adorned in pink-and-caramel stripes to fabulous floral arrangements in every room, the house was nothing short of magnificent. However, the community behind the home was the real showstopper.

Country Roads USA Comes to Nashville 🎶

Running weekly Thursday through Saturday, @countryroadsnash has begun its live theatrical residency at the legendary CabaRay Showroom in Nashville. Written and directed by @deansams of @lonestarofficial, the multi-platinum country band behind hits like “Amazed” and “My Front Porch Looking In,” the eleven-person production delivers an immersive, chronological journey through the legendary artists who laid the foundation of country music from 1928 to 2000.
