Born in southern California, Jeannie Bankins was raised a true SoCal girl. She grew up just over the hill from Malibu, spending most of her days on the beach or at the ice rink – yes, that right! Jeannie was an accomplished figure skater and devoted many of her maturing hours to the sport she loved. In fact, at age seventeen, she was asked to join the Ice Capades – a traveling entertainment show featuring theatrical ice skating performances. However, her heart found a different calling in esthetics.

“My job is to help people, make them happy and, most importantly, make a friend.”

- Jeannie Bankins

After thriving in the beauty industry for twenty-five years, Jeannie and her family were in search of a new life and place to call home. Then, Franklin, Tennessee, emerged as a promising location. During her first visit to the city, Jeannie stumbled upon a copy of YOUR Williamson magazine, which reminded her of a similar publication back home in California. As she explored the historic downtown area, Jeannie felt a strong sense that this was the place she was meant to be, convinced of a divine message that this was her destined home. Jeannie relocated her family to Franklin, where she quickly made lifelong friends and became involved in the community, giving back to local charities and fundraising events – Make a Wish and AncoraTN (formerly known as End Slavery Tennessee) being two of her dearest foundations.

Jeannie’s love for the area and desire to help others led her to a natural calling in the real estate business. As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Jeannie focuses on luxury residential real estate in Williamson and Davidson County, specializing in niche resort-style living and country club communities. Her expertise in the area, combined with her tailored marketing plans, ensures her clients get top-dollar for their homes. Jeannie’s integrity, concierge-level service and talent for creative problem-solving make her a valuable asset to anyone looking to sell or purchase their next home.

Jeannie’s story is one of kindness, connection, and, above all, hard work and dedication. Her love for the community and desire to help others has led her to a successful career in real estate, where she continues to make a positive impact on the lives of those around her.
