The Woodmont Realty mission statement of “Built on Tradition. Focused on the Future,” still rings true to this day. “My connection to this company runs much deeper than a business venture – it’s a personal calling,” shares Ginger Holmes, Co-Owner and Principal Broker of the Nashville office location. “My father, Ray Pruett, stood as one of the visionary founding members who, along with six other forward-thinking real estate professionals, embarked on a mission to redefine realty services in middle Tennessee.”

Our story was born from a simple yet profound concept: To create a collaborative haven for realtors, rooted in an unwavering commitment to our local communities. In those early days, the goal was clear – to serve the residents of middle Tennessee with integrity, honesty and trust. Fast-forward to 2023, we have not only preserved that original vision but have propelled it to unprecedented heights.

Rooted in the legacy of her father and enriched by her own experiences in the industry, Ginger’s leadership style is built on empathy, trust and a genuine aspiration to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients.
