Beyond the Title

Women's Leadership Conference Returns to Franklin

What happens when the title changes?

For many women, life is marked by a series of titles. Executive. Entrepreneur. Manager. Founder. Mother. Mentor. Community leader.

Some titles are earned through years of hard work. Others arrive unexpectedly. Some stay for decades. Others last only a season.

Yet the most influential women understand something important: a title may describe a role, but it never tells the whole story.

That idea is at the heart of Williamson, Inc.'s 2026 Women's Leadership Conference, Beyond the Title, a day designed to inspire women at every stage of their professional and personal journey.

Whether you're building a business from the ground up, leading a team, pursuing your next promotion, navigating a career transition,or exploring what's next, this conference is designed to equip you with practical tools, fresh perspectives and meaningful connections.

The day begins with an energizing keynote from Dew Tinnin, Founder and President of Skillway, who will challenge attendees to think differently about growth, leadership and the opportunities that emerge when we invest in ourselves and others.

From there, attendees will create their own conference experience through a variety of breakout sessions focused on leadership, communication, health, personal growth and professional development. Rather than a one-size-fits-all agenda, women will have the opportunity to select the conversations most relevant to their goals, challenges and aspirations.

Then, after a morning of learning and connection, everyone will come together for the conference's signature luncheon keynote.

Jenny Reimold's story is the embodiment of this year's theme.

A mother of seven, high-profile designer, lifestyle influencer, former publicist, author, media personality and entrepreneur, Jenny has built a career that cannot be captured by a single title. From having her home featured as a Property Brothers Dream Home to partnering with national brands, working with celebrity clients and appearing in outlets including People, Southern Living, House Beautiful, Forbes and Good Morning America, Jenny's journey has been defined not by a position but by a willingness to embrace new opportunities, new seasons and new versions of herself.

In her keynote, Beyond the Title, Jenny will challenge attendees to consider who they are apart from their position, accomplishments or responsibilities. Through stories, insights, and practical takeaways, she will explore how purpose-driven leadership is built not on a title, but on character, influence, relationships and the impact we have on those around us.

Because the women who leave the greatest mark on their organizations, businesses, families and communities are rarely remembered for the title they held.

They're remembered for the lives they changed.

Join us for a day of inspiration, connection and growth as we explore what it truly means to lead beyond the title. The conference is August 27th at Embassy Suites in Franklin. For more details, visit williamsonchamber.com.
