This month, Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee will celebrate 120 years of serving Youth in our community. Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee (BGCMT) has enabled all young people, especially those who need them most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.

The Clubs provide a safe place, professional staff, friendship and high-impact youth development programs daily during critical after-school hours and summer break.

Annually, more than 6,000 youth are served at thirteen Middle Tennessee Boys & Girls Clubs, including their digital Club – Club NEXT, and through community outreach initiatives. Clubs are in Davidson & Williamson counties.

BGCMT’s strong financial health and commitment to accountability and transparency have earned it a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator, America’s largest independent charity evaluator. Boys & Girls Clubs give youth a sense of belonging and the tools to achieve academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good citizenship. BGCMT’s 4-star Charity Navigator rating demonstrates to our supporters our good governance and financial accountability in achieving our mission.

Statistics (2022)

• BGCMT served over 128,898 snacks and meals to kids in 2022

• 1,600 weekend meals provided

• 32,522 total meals provided

• Average Daily Attendance: Summer = 173; School Year = 262

• Over 4,794 kids came to a Boys & Girls Club of Middle Tennessee in 2021*, 2,412 of whom were registered members.
