Harpeth Hotel's Winter Programming

The Harpeth Hotel and their onsite restaurant 1799 Kitchen + Bar Room has been cooking up some great new programming for the winter season!

 

The property is kicking off the season’s “Drink. Eat. Learn.” events with a pasta class on Valentine’s Day weekend, and they’re introducing a new themed Teddy Bear Brunch, perfect for families with young kids! Other items include new seasonal menus, intimate Valentine’s Day igloos in the courtyard and more. 


Teddy Bear Brunch - Direct Booking Link 

  • Time and Location: 2/14/26 & 2/15/26 from 10am-2pm; 1799 Kitchen + Bar Room

  • About the Event: Celebrate Valentine's weekend with the whole family. Teddy Bear Brunch will feature our delectable brunch options with holiday flair, and festive drinks. There will be Valentine's-themed photo opportunities featuring hundreds of teddy bears. 


Valentine's Cooking Class - Direct Booking Link 

  • Time and Location: 5pm-7:30pm 2/15/26; Harpeth Hotel Ballroom

  • About the event: Celebrate Valentine's together at the Harpeth Hotel. In this hands-on event you will be guided through making the 1799 signature Franklin Fizz cocktail and a gnocchi pasta, which you will enjoy for dinner. You will prepare the pasta together with the chefs, utilizing local mushrooms, cheese and truffles. This event includes a welcome glass of bubbles and a cheese and charcuterie display. 


Caymus Wine Pairing Dinner in the Igloos - Booking link coming soon 

  • Time and location: 2/13-2/15/2026; Seatings each day at 4pm and 730pm; 1799 Kitchen + Bar Room

  • About the event: Chef Thomas Tuggle has created a luxurious Valentine's-themed 5-course dinner paired with Caymus and Wagner family wines to be experienced in the igloos at the Harpeth Hotel. The igloos will be decorated with Valentine’s Day flair. Guests will be greeted with a glass of bubbles and a welcome amuse-bouche.
