Too Late to Save for College?
What goes into a college budget? Since higher education is more costly than ever, tuition savings is the biggest concern for most parents and students. However, tuition isn’t the only area where families can save money. With smarter banking, even budgeting for smaller college expenses (groceries, textbooks, gas, etc.) can add up to big savings. But which account is best for you?

Good Golf & Good Times
One of the many reasons that Franklin is known as one of the “South’s Best Small Towns” and “The South’s Prettiest Towns,” by Southern Living, is because of its fantastic natural beauty, which is never more apparent than in Williamson County’s many great golf courses. We asked a few of our staff members for their course recommendations as well as a few helpful tips to help you shave a few strokes off your handicap.

We have some wonderful ladies on staff that are vital to our success as an organization, but when they’re not “moving the board” for us here at Lineage, they like to enjoy some good ole fashioned R&R at several local establishments around town. If you’re looking for Mother’s Day plans for your mom, wife, or even yourself (I know we men aren’t the best planners), a few ladies on staff here at Lineage Bank have you covered.

A Crystal Ball? I Wish!
A crystal ball...that is what I wish I had when I started appraising in Williamson County in 1991. I cannot tell you the times I have kicked myself for not buying something when I had the chance.
I do not have that crystal ball, but I do have an opinion that I will give in answering the questions I hear so often. What is the market doing? The market has slowed a bit in recent months due to the increased interest rates but is still higher than it was a year ago.
